Ebru Kuyak is a multidisciplinary artist and interior designer, born in Bursa, Turkey. Growing in an ancient city has such a fundamental history and culture had so much of her characteristic and the way she approaches the ideas. She started her education with painting and sculpture, followed with product design and interior architecture as a master. Living in Istanbul during her studies expanded her journey. 'It was another unique place to live, learn and grow further.'
After her education, she traveled with the curiosity of architecture & design history and lived in different European countries, explored, collected art & design and social cultures for couple years. Worked with independent designers and artists and very closely with old school craftsmanship. She's always valued craftsmanship and the stories behind making an object sensitively.
Once she started to understand deeper the relation between people and objects, objects and space, she has found her passion. She wanted to create for spaces where people lives and improve lives.
She is a creative who thinks and designs objects or seens within the relation of human. But, what shifted her carrier is designing living spaces for people. Her entusiasm about understanding the story & culture of people and creating living spaces for them for who they are and how they can live better is magnificant. She is currently living in Los Angeles.
